I would like to commend all the crew at the buffet restaurant. All the staffs are very nice and helpful. Special mention to Kavishka. He is very friendly and accomodating and attentive to guests' needs. He always have a ready smile that makes him approachable. Keep it up!

Had a great experience at The Circle. The service stood out just as much as the food, especially thanks to Kavishka, who was incredibly attentive, kind, and genuinely made the whole visit more enjoyable. I had a wonderful experience at Millennium Plaza Hotel. The food was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and well prepared dishes that suited different tastes. The restaurant was clean and the overall dining atmosphere was very pleasant.

This is our second stay at this hotel, it’s clean and comfortable! Also i want to mention the receptionist “Valerie” who was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. She went above and beyond to assist us and made sure everything was smooth and comfortable. I had a very pleasant stay at Millennium Plaza Doha. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and located in a convenient area close to many services and attractions. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The rooms were spacious and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The breakfast selection was good, and the service quality was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel for both business and family stays.

Our staycation at Millennium Hotel was truly unforgettable and extra special for our daughter, Freya. ❤️
We planned this staycation as a simple reward for her hard work in school after becoming a Gold Achiever again, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make the celebration memorable. Freya was so surprised and happy when she entered the room and saw the beautiful congratulatory balloon decorations, a heartfelt congratulatory note, and even a congratulatory cake prepared especially for her. 🎈🎂
The effort and kindness of the staff genuinely touched our hearts. They made our daughter feel so special, and seeing her smile was priceless.
This is actually not our first stay at Millennium Hotel, and there’s a reason we keep coming back. The staff are always very accommodating, the hotel is clean and comfortable, and the location is very convenient with many restaurants nearby if you want to dine outside.

Complimentary stay courtesy of Qatar Airways as a Premium cabin offsite layover 8hrs> accommodation. This hotel provided in lieu of Oryx Garden Hotel (with 175 QAR credit per person - this is ample to cover breakfast and lunch or dinner, coffee) with round trip private car to the airport and back.
9th floor Deluxe Room was clean and large with high ceilings, basic amenity kit and toiletries, separate bathtub and shower, bidet, complimentary water at room temperature.
Breakfast is modest, served on the 2nd floor, it has a chef station for omelettes, fried eggs in its offering with some prepared Arabic dishes. Overall a tasty, wholesome breakfast with a selection of pastries, cured meats and Arabic vegetables. I would avoid the juices as they tasted concentrated/synthetic and avoid the machined coffee.
On the ground floor is the (popular with locals) Plaza cafe, serving arabica bean coffee, lattes offered with range of milks to cater to all diets. I was served by Tony and Nandar who were polite, courteous, friendly service. Setting is carpeted open plan, low slung arm chairs, cushions and tables, low volume muzak in the background with quiet business meetings, socialising taking place makes for a pleasant mid-morning bean coffee break.
No criticisms per se - closer to 3 star perhaps a 4 star lobby than a 5 star owing to no poached eggs at breakfast and unknown branded toiletries I.e no cream or moisturiser in room.
Opportunities for improvement - welcome kit with the WiFi password, (printed out and handed with key to room) highlighting the services available/included with the Qatar Airways service offering, amenity kit (comb, shaver, cream). Upsell vouchers by the businesses operating in the vicinity would not detract from brand either (e.g spa, pool opening times), tables cleared after service at breakfast and plaza cafe wouldn’t go a miss.
Overall, happy with the stopgap stay, complimentary so can’t complain and hence 5 stars with opportunities to become a true 5 star in my opinion.

I wanted to commend this hotel and their staffs. From the reception, Mr. Osama, they really are bringing comfort, though they do not know, at that very moment that's what we needed. COMFORT. A very sumptuous breakfast and lunch meal, the restaurant have very courteous staffs too. The are very accommodating and made sure we enjoy the place and the meal.
I could not remember their names so far, but during the duration of my stay, those staffs are really really excellent in service.

I went today to the Lebanese brunch, it was perfect. The food, you will feel like you are home it's tasty and delicious.
The staff are friendly and kind.

Comfortable stay at Millennium Plaza. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with everything you need. Check-in was smooth, and there’s ample seating space near the reception area to work comfortably. The only suggestion would be to enhance the breakfast menu while it’s good, it feels slightly weaker compared to similar properties.

I want to specially thank Mr. Taher ( Night Manager) who did all his best for our comfort during the 3 day stay. He is incredible person, eager to help and never gets tired. I highly recommend this hotel also, big rooms and good service.

Thanks Supriya for amazing job in room 1010. The room cleaning service was excellent. Everything was spotless, neatly arranged, and felt fresh and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection and fresh food. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the metro.

Bathroom and bathtub design in the twin room is not practical; the tub is very high and caused injury.
Water temperature was inconsistent.
The mattress was terrible. It was uneven, and I was sleeping in a noticeably lower part
Lighting system is inconvenient for two guests.
Standard rooms are very small.
Overall, expectations were higher for a 5-star hotel.
