For the first time I stay in a place and I am still there and I have not left, but a word of truth has been said about this hotel. If we talk about the place, it is elegant and quiet. There is a lot of attention given to accessibility for the blind. The elevator has Braille and audio, which made it easy for me to get up and down easily. The rooms are large and clean. The service is fast in everything you ask of them. The staff and staff are friendly, cheerful and nice to deal with. They serve you in any way. The most important thing is that you are comfortable. In this context, I extend my thanks and appreciation to my sister. Victory. If you ask about the meaning of humanity, then she has the highest meanings, and if you are looking for respect and sophistication, then she is worthy of that. I would like to personally thank Ishwara (one of the service attendants) who made an expectacular mocha coffee for me this morning. Even if there's no mocha coffee in the menu, she made an effort to make me one. I really appreciate her effort and the taste value of it, it's very good! I would like to have one again next time. Spending my Christmas here in this hotel is very warmth and memorable. I don't feel blue even if I'm not at home this Christmas season. Kudos to you guys! Happy holidays!

My stay so far has been good. The location is near to the station and plenty of food options on walking distance. However, the shower is located inside the bathtub making it difficult to climb in, especially if you’re of age. Then getting down is also slippery. I don’t understand the purpose of keeping it on a height when ground level would be fine too. Maybe provide a step? The toiletries are missing a comb and sewing kit. There should be a person at the concierge desk 24/7 so one should not have to call 4 times from their room to get their luggage. 👍
Hotel is a bit dated and in need of a upgrade. Even though there are large rooms and I felt the decor has not changed. The front staff service was great and got us a connecting room due to family.So far we have enjoyed the restaurant service. The team is extremely helpful, especially Ishwara who has been fantastic with us with her service. The cook has been amazing and very accommodating.We had a bit of issue with cleaning the rooms but the manager was fantastic and got that resolved immediately and offered complimentary breakfast due to the concern we raised.
Being annoyed and upset by my missed connection from QR and having to stay here for 18 hours, the hotel and Hana the receptionist absolutely made our day and made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout. The service was and is exceptional. Exceeded expectations across the board. Thank you for everything and hope so see you soon next time!!
This hotel is amazingly comfortable relaxing and hospitable. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
A beautiful hotel, a great location, the views of the high-rise rooms are beautiful, and the service is good. But I have one comment. That's why I put two stars. I went a few days before New Year's and at the buffet they put up a Christmas tree. This is something that is unacceptable to us as Muslims. It is unacceptable. I hope they pay attention to this comment.
